All rates
are per week from 4pm Saturday to 10am the following Saturday.
Reduced rates
available for monthly rentals.
Cleaning charge ($100 per rental) and sales tax of 12% are not included.
Pets are welcomed if they are on a flea and tick control regimen
(non-refundable $100 deposit required).
All prices are subject to change.
Due to
high demand before/after public holidays a 15% premium rate addition may
apply to the rental week which includes these holidays:
2009 - Thanksgiving (Thursday November 26th), Christmas Day (Friday
December 25th).
2010 - New Years Day (Friday January 1st), Easter Sunday (Sunday
April 4th), Memorial Day (Monday May 31st), Independence Day (Monday July
5th), Labor Day (Monday September 6th), Thanksgiving (Thursday November
25th), Christmas Day (Saturday December 25th).
Reservations
can be secured with minimum one week rent,
with balance due upon arrival.
